When you submit a quote or careers form we may collect your name, email, phone number, organisation name, site address or suburb, type of facility, approximate floor area, cleaning frequency, preferred service hours, proposed commencement date, site-inspection preference, selected service or role, message content, and any files you upload (such as specifications, plans, tender documents or a resume). We also store a privacy-consent confirmation for that submission. If you call or email us, we may record the information you choose to provide.
Why we collect it
We use this information to respond to enquiries, prepare site assessments and quotes, manage recruitment applications, communicate about our services, and meet legal or contractual obligations. We do not sell personal information.
